Reaching People In Need.

Who we are.

KFFBA was founded and operated by Kirkland Fire Department Firefighters serving in Kirkland Washington. All Kirkland firefighters are members who proudly serve the community on and off duty.

What we do.

We help both members of the community that we interact with as well as members of our greater firefighting and law enforcement community in times of need.

Here to help.

KFFBA was started by Kirkland Firefighters and their spouses in 2011. Due to the nature of our job we are in contact with people in dire situations and needs. We are able to help with immediate emergencies but situations where being able to help beyond the scope of our job often arise and being able to offer help is present. KFFBA is a tool that Kirkland firefighters can utilize to help people pay for food or a place to stay for the night, or whatever the need may be.

We also support our fellow firefighters in times of grief and benevolence. It could be a medical issue, death of a family member, or sadly the death of a fellow firefighter.
